As a supplementary service we offer 3D illustration for cases in which either photography is unsuitable or impossible. With broadband internet and other innovations in the realm of technology, a new art horizon has been reached. Whole new worlds can be created in virtual space and the manipulation possibilities of objects, textures and lighting are endless.

This little daffodil was constructed for a Welsh PR company logo.

The subliminal idea behind it is of equating the daffodil's trumpet with a loud-hailer promoting the company's clients.

The petals were constructed with metaballs to give a more fluid, organic look.

These 3d Bees (below) were developed as part of the identity for Dr Bee's new logo design.

The image on the left was one of the initial proposals but was dropped in favour of the right hand image which now resides happily on the final logo set.

These intersecting glass rings were developed as part of a corporate and product logo design for a company producing three different ranges of specialist heat transfer fluids.

The individual rings form part of each respective product range logo.

These "Xubes" were developed as the identity for Peterevans' new software suite - "Xanite".

The image is developed from the company's well-established logo.

Used in on-going branding within the company's brochures and advertisements in different formations, and also as filler images in their quarterly Newsletter, they have become a very popular icon.

A glass snow shaker was developed which encloses the rugby posts and scoreboard from Llanelli Scarlets' famous old ground of Stradey Park.

The image was used on the Region's Christmas Card.

This Spine Flower (left) was developed as the backbone of a logo for a team of Chiropractors.

The stem is based on vertebrae sections and individually articulated to give the desired curvature.

The petals are made of metaballs which are then formed into a merged boolean shape.

This group of gold rings (above) were developed for a company specialising in civil wedding arrangements.

3D icon generated for a shopping portal website. Nick-named the "Trillion" this construction uses multi-coloured class torpedo shapes arranged around a central core in a regular geometric pattern. Depth is given by use of a distance mask.

Cover illustration from a lifting and fabrication company's brochure

With no available suitable photographs and no obvious cover shot on site it was decided to produce this industrial construction from the company's logo icon.

One model was constructed and the resulting image overlayed on itself several times to give an impression of movement.

This outstretched arm reaching for the light was produced using a combination of Poser and Bryce.

The text was added in Photoshop creating a logo with eye-catching depth and interest.


These industrial components leaflets were enlivened by creating highly detailed 3D models and applying texture and lighting in an imaginative way to give them a life of their own.

This glass jigsaw was constructed in Bryce around the concept of this logistics consultancy making things fall into place for their clients.

It was also successfully animated for use on their website.

This scene benefits from the combination of 3D Boolean models and imported 2D images of clock faces.

The illustrations were used in the advertising of a rapid response manufacturing team.

This seemingly complex construction in fact only uses two basic shapes. The whole is brought alive due to the careful balance of colours and textures in the materials and surroundings.
